Adults and children 6 years of age and older; Chew tablet briefly and brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist or doctor. do not swallow tablet. Supervise children under 6 years of age for brushing and rinsing.

It's so difficult to find tooth tabs with fluoride, and it makes me so happy that MightyNest sells this brand. It can take some getting used to, but I love tooth tabs, appreciate to low plastic-waste, and that these are properly healthy for my teeth!
Love these! I alternate between these and regular paste and like them both the same. It can be a bit to get used to but works well and a plus these have fluoride.
I switched from paste, which takes some getting used to. But, I'm happy to use them knowing the packaging is plastic free.
