These are great looking canning jars. It is a little tricky to get the band perfectly placed so you can seal the jar. I am using these for storage because I am trying to get rid of unnecessary boxes of stuff. The jars are convenient. You can see your product. Highly recommend.
I haven't used my jars yet, so I don't know how they will function; but I do know that they look awesome.

I absolutely love my jars. They are really beautiful and make my food look great. I will be ordering more so that I can give them as gifts. I read that some people had trouble getting the rubber sals on correctly. I found that if I placed the seal on the lid first and held it in place with my fingers, I could place it correctly on the jar. I had no failed seals out of 36 jars of plum jelly and different kinds of pickles. Do not put seal on the jar and then add the lid. The seal slips. The seal does point down when sealed correctly.
