Plant Therapy’s Nighty Night is an essential oil blend formulated to create a calming atmosphere so your child can relax before bedtime and get a good night’s rest. Each of the KidSafe essential oils that make up the Nighty Night blend were carefully chosen to be safe and effective in promoting relaxation. The blend is tranquil, warming and balancing, and supports clear respiration, which is the perfect formula to calm little ones and help them fall asleep and stay asleep. A parent favorite and every child’s dream, Nighty Night is the ideal addition to your child’s bedtime routine. Specifically formulated for children ages 2-10.

Apply topically to your child’s chest or back of the neck at a 2% dilution using your favorite carrier oil 30 minutes before bedtime. Add 3 drops to 1 tablespoon of fragrance free shampoo or body wash and add to a warm, nighttime bath. You can also add ½ cup of Epsom salt if desired. Diffuse throughout the night at 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off.
