fruit and herb flavored waters

I like to liven things up by flavoring my water using berries, herbs, and citrus. My favorite combination is lemon and cucumber. I chop up lemons and a cucumber, put it in a pitcher and put it in the fridge to chill - Carrie, Deliciously Organic

Muddling (to bring into a disordered or confusing state) isn’t always a bad thing. When it comes to making refreshing flavored waters, muddling simply means to press fruit and herbs against the bottom or side of the container (with a muddler) to release the flavors.  Delish!

Homemade flavored waters are calorie-free, naturally sweet, and the flavor combos are endless. We challenge you to find cucumber-mint-grapefruit water on your grocery store shelf.
