It can be used as a spatter screen in microwave, a cover on pots to help retain heat after cooking, for storing leftovers, and for outdoor use to keep bugs away from food.

I have other silicon lids but these are "the best". I appreciate the "handle" and that they really do create a "seal", the size options are great!

I love that these lids cover many size pans, but what I love most about it is that I can see through the lid if there is a simmer or boil. I have several sizes - one for smaller pans, and to cover bowls in the fridge.

For that pot that has no lid
I have 3 random pots that I can use again at full function! I didn't know how much I needed this until it got here.
