The greaseproof Parchment Baking Paper from If You Care is great for baking, roasting, reheating and wrapping. In it’s natural state, paper is beige or light brown. Most paper is subjected to a bleaching process to create the white sheets. Unfortunately, cleaning the paper is having the opposite effect on the environment. IYC parchment paper is made from unbleached, totally chlorine-free (TCF) paper, so no chlorine or chlorine derivatives are dumped into our lakes, rivers and streams. If You Care kitchen and household products are carefully and deliberately crafted to have the least environmental impact and the lightest carbon footprint possible, while at the same time, delivering the highest quality and most effective results.

Works great and eco friendly!
We love this brand of parchment paper! The size is great for various pans and cookie sheets. The material is thick enough to prevent soak-through without feeling like excessive waste. Using them definitely cuts down on wasted water from doing the dishes. And best of all - our cookies and roasted foods cook more evenly and don't stick.
