I have all the sizes and recently purchased 2 more of the small size. I use them for treats to hide my cat's medication in, that I make out of pureed canned cat food. We use these mostly for freezing raw garlic. Chop it all up with a little olive oil and always ready to cook with. These are perfect for freezing my herbs at the end of summer! I dice my herbs, fill my Souper Cube with herbs and olive oil and freeze. Then I have the perfect portions to pop out when I'm ready to cook
These have been so useful! I used mine to freeze some leftover white wine we had after a dinner party and later use in cooking. I also used it to store and freeze tomato paste knowing I wouldn't use the whole jar.
And, when my tray was full but I needed to use it again, I popped out the cubes and put them in a Stasher bag and threw that in my freezer, as well.
